Recipe for “Creamy Peanut Butter Rusks” with French Bread

Ingredients

-French bread ……………………… …1 stick
Creamy peanut butter……70g
– Butter …………… ………………………70g
・Granulated sugar ………………………… 40g

Method of preparation

1. Cut French bread into bite-size pieces. The photo is about 2 cm square. Cut on a piece of newspaper, and any crumbs that fall off can be rolled up and poached.

2. Spread out the bread and let it dry in the sun.

3、Bake in the oven at 150℃ for 10 minutes to brown.

4、Put butter and creamy peanut butter in a heatproof container and melt them in the microwave.

Place the French bread in a deep bowl and sprinkle a little bit of the mixture over the bread.

6、 Sprinkle granulated sugar over all and serve.*o^)/*

*Process 2 can be omitted; in that case, bake in a 150°C oven for 15 minutes.

If you want more sweetness, add more granulated sugar.
