Oshiruko made with Ama-natto?! 😮

It was so good that our shop staff kept saying “Sooo delicious!” over and over!

Peanut oshiruko: it sounds like it should already exist, but it really didn’t.
Please give it a try ♪

How This Recipe Came About

We had some mochi left over that we’d bought for New Year’s… 💦 On January 11, Kagami Biraki Day (when the New Year rice cakes are traditionally taken down and eaten), I felt like having oshiruko, and that’s how it started 😋
One of our staff members who loves to cook taught me this recipe 🙏✨

Eating makes me so happy ✨

We’ll keep sharing easy and delicious peanut recipes!
We look forward to your continued support in 2021, the Year of the Ox (moo 🐄) ☺️✨
