Today I tried making cupcakes by mixing “Powdered Peanuts” into the hotcake mix (Japanese pancake mix) I had at home ☆
It’s sooo easy ♬
Ingredients
A. Hotcake mix ・・・・・・・・ 200 g
B. Egg ・・・・・・・・ 1 medium (50 g)
C. Milk ・・・・・・・・ 140 ml
D. Powdered peanuts ・・・・・・・・ 20 g (adjust to taste)
E. Peanuts ・・・・・・・・ as you like
Directions
① Put A, B and C in a bowl.
② Mix ♬
③ Add D and mix ♬
④ Pour the batter into cups and top with E ♬
⑤ Then just bake in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes and you’re done ☆
Adding some butter, if you like, would be nice too ☆
