Hello! This is one of our SUZUICHI staff members, the one in charge of the 3 o’clock snack.<\/p>\n

Today I tried making cupcakes by mixing “Powdered Peanuts” into the hotcake mix (Japanese pancake mix) I had at home \u2606<\/p>\n

It’s sooo easy \u266c<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

A. Hotcake mix \u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb 200 g<\/p>\n

B. Egg \u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb 1 medium (50 g)<\/p>\n

C. Milk \u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb 140 ml<\/p>\n

D. Powdered peanuts \u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb 20 g (adjust to taste)<\/p>\n

E. Peanuts \u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb as you like<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2460 Put A, B and C in a bowl.<\/p>\n

\u2461 Mix \u266c<\/p>\n

\u2462 Add D and mix \u266c<\/p>\n

\u2463 Pour the batter into cups and top with E \u266c<\/p>\n
